I strongly recommend Maylynn as a yoga teacher. She has been coming to my home weekly for several months and her visit is one of the highlights of my week. We do various yoga poses, breathing and relaxation. She teaches with kindness and humour, while respecting me and taking care to prevent injury. I feel increasingly physically and mentally well, and although I am still very much a beginner I am pleased at what I have achieved so far: increased flexibility, strength, being calmer and happier.
